- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never been more disappointed in the common courtesy, customer service, or problem solving ability of a financial institution. I would strongly encourage small businesses to seek other means of money management because this business relationship has cost me more in lost time than I can count. The staff are unfamiliar with me as a client, listen poorly and have a general malaise in regarss to solving banking errors made by BB&T.
